About Our Founder

Our founder is a devoted minister of God and a passionate Early Years Specialist with an unwavering commitment to the wellbeing and development of young children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Case Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration — a combination that uniquely equips her to understand both the care and operational sides of early intervention work.

Her professional journey spans over a decade in Australia, where she worked extensively within the early childhood education sector. Through hard work, deep empathy, and professional excellence, she rose to the position of Educational Leader — a key leadership role responsible for mentoring educators, designing and evaluating learning programs, guiding curriculum development, and ensuring that every child received quality, tailored learning experiences. She was also instrumental in promoting inclusive practices, collaborating with families, and ensuring that national standards were met with excellence.

While her impact in Australia was significant, she felt a deep and growing burden to give back to her nation of origin. Motivated by faith, compassion, and purpose, she returned home to establish an organization dedicated to helping children with developmental delays and disabilities — particularly those with limited access to early support.

She believes strongly that every child has a unique potential and deserves the chance to grow, thrive, and live a life of impact. Her vision is to provide not just professional support, but a network of hope, care, and faith — empowering children and their families to face challenges with confidence and to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
